    1. Through data voluntarily entered into forms, which are subsequently entered into the Operator’s systems.
    2. By storing cookie files (so-called “cookies”) on the user’s terminal devices.

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

  1. Places where logging in and entering personal data occur are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). As a result, personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function works one-way – it is not possible to reverse its operation, which currently constitutes a modern standard in the field of user password storage.
  3. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  4. In order to minimize the risk of unauthorized access to data, the Operator uses complex passwords containing lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters, not shorter than 8 characters.

  2. In order to ensure technical reliability, the hosting company keeps logs at the server level. The following may be recorded:
    • resources specified by the URL identifier (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
    • the time the request arrived,

    • the name of the client station – identification carried out by the HTTP protocol,
    • information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
    • the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the transition to the Website occurred via a link,
    • information about the user’s browser,
    • IP address information,
    • diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services through registrars on the website,
    • information related to the handling of electronic mail addressed to and sent by the Operator.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on How Data is Used

  1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • the hosting company on an entrustment basis
  2. Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for no longer than necessary to perform the related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., on accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:
    • access to personal data concerning you,
    • their rectification,
    • deletion,
    • restriction of processing,
    • and data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.3 c) regarding the processing of personal data for the purpose of executing legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, whereby the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid, legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular, the establishment, exercise, or defense of claims.
  5. A complaint against the actions of the Administrator may be lodged with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the Website.
  7. Activities involving automated decision-making, including profiling, may be taken against you in order to provide services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of direct marketing conducted by the Administrator.
  8. Personal data may be transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that we may send them outside the European Union.

5. Information in Forms

  1. The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.
  2. The Website may save information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the Website may save information that facilitates linking the data in the form with the e-mail address of the user filling out the form. In this case, the user’s e-mail address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
